It might just be me but the moment I buy something, I tend to start thinking about EXACTLY when and how I’m going to wear or use it: some may call it OCD. Sometimes however, things just happen…
…I.e. these shoes! I had no intention of buying any shoes, but when your feet are aching from wearing ice pick heels for 5 hours and you’ve left your flats at home not to mention you’ve still got a few hours left at work plus a commute home on public transport left, then you run to the nearest shop, in this case it was Topshop, and buy yourself some flats. Topshop isn’t exactly the cheapest place for rescue me shoes so if I’m going to dish out, its not going to be on basic stuff when I can get that for a fraction at primark!

£28
A coincidental little treat to those flats, is that they match my purse/wallet which I bought a little while ago before the above happened. This is from Zara, as of course a big chunk of my wardrobe is, and caught my eye when I was returning something, turning out to be an exchange.

£19.99
Now, as much as I’d love to own a Chanel suit, lets face it, it’s not happening for the majority of us-so why not go for a much much much x 10 cheaper lookalike? The closest I can get to a Chanel product at this moment in time is the fragrance (and the earrings I bought for my mum) which is another recent purchase. When I do eventually get my Classic Flap Chanel 2.55 In Caviar, rest assured the world will know.

£25
This is an original Chanel….

…a couple thousand of these £££…
